I can personally attest to the impact of the Program! As a consultant I have over 10 years experience coaching Leaders, Executives and CEO's and hold the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coach Federation.

The Building Mental Fitness Program involves listening to a 1 hour recording on the weekend (which can be done in intervals), 4 x 2 minute sessions per day during week (which are accessed via the PQ App) and our  1 hour Weekly Group Coaching catch up. In return for your time, you will have access to these transformational learnings and insights:

Week 1: Boost Your Self-Command

  • Learn the innovative and evidence based 10-second PQ Reps that boost your ability to ‘intercept & redirect’ unhelpful thoughts and feelings. 
  • Increase your capacity to effectively respond (rather than react) to challenging situations and conversations. 

Week 2: Intercept the Judge 

  • Learn how to recognise and intercept the most destructive unhelpful thinking style - your Judge.
  • Understand how judging yourself, others, and circumstances is a key source of your stress and how it adversely impacts your performance and relationships.

Week 3: Intercept your Accomplice Saboteurs 

  • Clarify the characteristics of your top two unhelpful thinking styles which create a filter with how you assess and respond to people and situations. 
  • Examples include Avoider, Controller, Hyper-Achiever, Hyper-Rational, Hyper-Vigilant, Pleaser, Restless, Stickler, Victim. 

Week 4: Shift From Saboteur to Sage  

  • Learn how to strengthen your 'Sage' which represents the deeper and wiser part of you.  
  • Explore five evidence-based responses that can be used to meet and greet any challenge and are recognised for bringing out the best in yourself and others.  

Week 5: Boost your sage response

  • Take a deeper dive into the first three ‘sage' responses which form part of the emotional intelligence competencies considered crucial for personal and professional success.  
  • This includes strategies to increase your capacity to empathise with yourself and others, creatively explore different options and to develop ‘outside-the-box’ solutions. 

Week 6: Take Clear-Headed, Laser-Focused Action

  • Use your Navigate and Activate strengths to take laser-focused, decisive action;
  • ​Align your actions with a deeper sense of meaning and purpose. 

Week 7: Broadening your application

  • Explore how you can broaden the application of your PQ skills to benefit your personal and professional life.
  • ​Clarify strategies to embed your PQ practices as a part of your ongoing daily routine.

The Group Coaching sessions take place via zoom and provides an action orientated and solution focused conversation to set you up for success with applying your new insights and learning. Benefits include:
  • A maximum of 8 people in each Group;
  • Access guidance for how to put into practice the concepts covered in the weekly masterclasses;
  • Challenge assumptions that may be getting in the way of you taking action;
  • ​Develop strategies for overcoming obstacles and setbacks.
